We're looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow Astriva's client
pipeline — from lead generation through to deal closure and onboarding. You'll work
directly with the founder to define strategy and execute it across India and North America.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads across India, Canada, and the US
- Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed contract
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations for each client
- Represent Astriva at industry events and online communities
- Collaborate with the technical team to scope projects accurately
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years B2B sales or business development (IT services preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to translate technical solutions for non-technical clients
- Self-starter with high ownership and minimal need for direction
- Comfortable working across India + North America time zones
